What are your vegan leather products made from?
Our Elegant range of collars and leads are made from a high-quality, durable and soft polyurethane (PU) material.
How do I choose a collar size?
Please refer to the size guide, near the size selection. We highly recommend measuring your dog’s neck circumference before buying any collar to ensure safety and comfort.
How do I adjust an Elegant collar?
Our Elegant collars have a pin-buckle which can be adjusted at set intervals.
Are these collars waterproof?
Although water-resistant, we don't recommend using our Elegant products in water. For a 100% waterproof product try our Waterproof PVC range.
My clip is jammed up, what do I do?
The snap-hook spring and track can get sometimes get clogged with debris like dirt or sand.
- Inspect the spring mechanism and remove any visible debris.
- Wash the clip thoroughly in clean water before drying completely.
- Finally, apply a few drops of lithium-based oil to the spring.
If this doesn't fix the clip, you can get a here.
Hand-wash with lukewarm soapy water or wipe with a damp cloth (max. 40°C/104°F). Airdry only. Do not tumble dry. Do not bleach. Do not iron.
